1. Delivery period:

After payment on account no.: 591480484 (ABNAMRO Rotterdam) by means of transfer or ideal on behalf of Tony design the order is guaranteed sent within two working days. With payments before 12 a.m. the order leaves the same day. Please under indication of order number. Depending on the destination the following delivery periods apply:

The Netherlands: delivery 5 working days.

Europe: delivery 10 working days.

1.1 The called delivery periods are an indication and are not considered as fatal period. Exceeded supply times give the customer no right to compensation and/or cancelling the order.

1.3 Please do no do payments by means of cash discharge on the account. Because of high banking fees we are obliged to charge €10, - extra!

2. Mailing costs:

All orders as from € 15.00 within the Benelux are sent for free! Up to € 15, - the mailing costs are € 2,50. For Europe the mailing costs difference, following the post prices, but never exceeding € 15.00. For outside Europe we cannot yet accept orders.

3. Damage and liability:

Tony’s design can not be hold to pay compensation to the customer unless; there is talk of set-up or gross negligence on the side of Tony’s design. Tony’s design is never responsible for the consequences of any consequential loss , indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of sales..

4. Orders:

After reception of the order you receive an order affirmative by e-mail. After reception of the payment under indication of order number and name your order becomes accomplished.

Payment within 14 days after reception of the confirmation of order.

No minimum order amount is required.

4.1 Cancelling:

Orders which are not paid within 14 days, are cancelled!

4.2 Missing orders:

Tony’s design is not responsible for missing orders and caused damage because of this cannot be recovered on Tony design. If you want certainty concerning arrival of the order it is possible to register your order or let it be send by package post. The costs of registering and/or package post are at the expense of the customer. For Europe applies other prices.

5. Exchange:

Exchanging beads and/or materials is not possible! Possible returned goods to Tony design are at the expense of the customer, must be free of charge and under written statement of the return reasons.

6. Damages/deviations:

Complaints after delivery by writing (e-mail) to Tony’s design, (by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), with a clear description of the complaint. Each legal action of the customer towards Tony design, related to defects in our provided products, expire if:

* the defects in conformity with these conditions have not been communicated;

* the products are no longer in the state in which they were delivered;

* if the complaints have been expressed after more than 3 working days since the delivery.

6.1 After 3 working days the guarantee expires!

Information, images, communications by telephone or e-mail etc. concerning offers and the important characteristics of our products are reflected as precise possible.

6.2 Tony’s design can not guarantee that all offers and products are entirely in agreement. with the given information etc.

Deviations of photographs, colours, inaccurate prices etc are no reason for compensation and/or breaking up the agreement.

7. Guarantees:

All products meet the normal requirements of usability. If at normal (corresponding with the destination) use nevertheless defects occurs, this is repaired free of charge. Tony’s design note if the guarantee applies and stipulates the manner of repairing and mailing. Our guarantee cannot be claimed if the defect or wastage is the consequence of negligent use or if the wastage can be considered as normal. The guarantee applies up to 6 months after purchase.

7.1 The relevance of the guarantee is for Tony’s design to judge.

8. Right

Tony; s design preserves the right to modify or add to the General terms of business from time up to time.

8.2 Through the use of the web shop of Tony; s design and/or placing an order the customer accepts these General Conditions as all other rights and duties such as they are indicated on the Internet site.
